💡

How it works. You point your email provider at a unique inbox we create for you. Every bank alert it forwards gets parsed by AI and filed as a transaction. Supalog never sees your bank login — only the emails you forward.

🔐

About confirmation emails. Gmail, Yahoo, and Outlook all verify forwarding addresses by sending a one-time code. Supalog catches those automatically — find them under Confirmation codes on the Spending screen.

FAQ

Common questions

Why does my provider need to send a confirmation email?

Gmail, Yahoo, and Outlook all verify that you actually own the address you're forwarding to. They send a one-time code or a verify link to your Supalog inbox. Supalog extracts that code automatically and shows it on the Confirmation codes screen so you can complete the setup.

Will Supalog read every email in my inbox?

No. Supalog only sees emails your provider explicitly forwards to your unique Supalog inbox address. We never log into your mail account and never see anything you don't forward.

What happens to the email after Supalog processes it?

We extract the transaction fields (amount, recipient, date, category) and store those. The raw email body is discarded shortly after processing.

I added the filter but transactions aren't showing up.

First check Confirmation codes on the Spending screen — most often forwarding is paused because the provider's verification step is still pending. Once you confirm, new alerts should appear within a minute or two of being forwarded.
