Quick fixes

Most issues solve themselves with one of these.

My bank emails aren't being parsed

Check that the forward is going to the right Supalog inbox address (Settings → Money → Forwarding email). Some banks send confirmation emails when you set up the rule — those don't need to be forwarded.

A transaction was categorized wrong

Tap the transaction and pick the right category. Supalog will remember the merchant rule and apply it forward.

My journal entry sounds robotic

You can edit any AI-extracted text. The first draft is just a starting point — tap any word to rewrite it.

I want to cancel my subscription

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Supalog → Cancel. Your data stays put until you delete the account.

I want to delete my account

In the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. Or email [email protected] and we'll handle it within 30 days.

I'm seeing a sync error

Pull-to-refresh on the home screen. If it persists for more than 10 minutes, check status.supalog.app — and if everything looks green there, send us the error code.
