1. Service description

Supalog is a voice journaling and automated expense tracking application operated by Kick Labs Ltd. The service lets you:

  • Record voice entries that are transcribed and analyzed by AI.
  • Track spending by forwarding bank alert emails to a personal Supalog inbox.
  • View patterns, insights, and correlations across your journal entries and spending over time.

By using Supalog, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. Account responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use Supalog.
  • You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
  • Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app.
  • Store content that infringes on others' rights.
  • Abuse the email-forwarding feature for purposes other than personal expense tracking.
  • Attempt to overwhelm or disrupt the service through automated or excessive requests.
  • Share your Supalog inbox email address publicly or use it for non-financial emails.

4. Subscriptions & billing

  • Supalog is offered as a paid subscription through the Apple App Store. Pricing, billing cycles, and trial terms are shown at checkout before you subscribe.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your App Store account settings.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple per their refund policy.
  • If your subscription lapses, your data remains intact but premium features become inaccessible until you renew.

5. AI-generated content

Supalog uses AI to process your journal entries and extract structured information. You acknowledge that:

  • Accuracy: AI-extracted tasks, emotions, activities, and patterns may contain errors. Always verify important information.
  • Not advice: AI-generated insights are informational and should not be treated as professional advice — medical, psychological, financial, or otherwise.
  • Your data: You retain full ownership of your journal entries and everything derived from them. AI processing does not transfer any ownership rights to us.
  • Corrections: You can edit or delete any AI-extracted information at any time.

6. Financial data disclaimer

Supalog's spending tracking is an informational tool. You acknowledge that:

  • Supalog is not a financial advisor, bank, or money management service.
  • Spending categorizations and insights are informational only.
  • Parsed transaction data may contain errors due to variations in bank alert formatting.
  • You should not rely solely on Supalog for financial decision-making.
  • We have no access to your bank accounts and cannot initiate, modify, or cancel any financial transactions.

7. Intellectual property

  • Supalog's application, design, code, and brand are owned by Kick Labs Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws.
  • You retain ownership of all content you create (journal entries, voice recordings, spending data).
  • You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service.
  • This license terminates when you delete your content or your account.

8. Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
  • Upon account deletion, all your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
  • You may export your data before deletion.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Supalog is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
  • We are not responsible for decisions you make based on AI-generated insights or spending data.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make significant changes:

  • We will notify you via email or in-app notification.
  • The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the change.
  • Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
  • If you disagree with changes, you may delete your account and export your data.
